You’ll have to go looking for the Butcher & Bee once it opens, as it’s located in the former in the former Charleston Garden Center (think near the Charleston Center for Photography and Tivoli Studios), but once you do, you’ll find a place serving fresh sandwiches that’s open late night and is BYOB.
